Indicate intent to teach Honors, WAC, and Service-Learning Courses

Indicate intent to teach an Honors, Writing Across the Curriculum, or Service-Learning Course. A single course can have more than one designation (W, H, etc.). However, if you are applying to teach more than one course with a Special Programs designation(s), please complete two separate forms.
